Hi there, I'm Kristen Lena

I've been guiding women to come out of whatever closet they've been hiding in, to start showing up and living fully for almost 20 years.

If you've heard my story before, you know I was a total and complete mess.

At 32 years old, my life was going nowhere at warp speed.

I was a broke, frustrated college-educated bartender, estranged from my dad, relationship-hopping from one guy to the next and wandering aimlessly through life without purpose or direction.

That life SUCKED!

Learning to take my life into my own hands, to fight for my greatness, to be responsible, authentic and vulnerable changed everything for me.

The mistake most people make is they think the "do-it-on-my-own" or "read-a-bunch-of-books" methods will get them where they want to go.
